Sabrina Mendenhall
Training Coordinator

Sabrina Mendenhall, is the newest member of the Training Department team, joining RCS in June 2025 as the Training Coordinator. Since joining the organization, she has begun facilitating training sessions and is eager to become Pro-ACT certified so she can expand her work in delivering impactful, hands-on training to staff.

Born in Ukiah and raised in Lake County, Sabrina has deep roots in the community she now serves. Prior to joining RCS, she worked with children experiencing behavioral challenges, gaining valuable experience in patience, communication, and positive intervention strategies. This work has fueled her dedication to creating safe, supportive environments for both staff and clients.

Sabrina holds two associate's degrees and is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in liberal studies. She is passionate about professional growth and is excited to combine her academic background, hands-on experience, and enthusiasm for learning in her role at RCS. Sabrina looks forward to what the future holds as she continues to grow with the Training Department and contribute to the organization’s mission.
