Back to School Bash 2025

RCS proudly participated in The River church’s annual Back-to-School Bash along with many other amazing organizations. We came together as a community to make sure local kids had everything needed to kick off the school year right!

All backpacks and school supplies were given away for free, and our awesome group of outreach employees made sure that RCS program information was handed out with every pencil pouch and calculator that we provided. It was an exciting event that radiated with positive energy.

It also included free lunch, featured professional barbers and cosmetologists who offered free haircuts, and to top it off there were some fun raffle prizes for the kids!

We love opportunities like this where we can come together and show the community that there are local resources and services available to support them in a variety of ways.

RCS offers such a diverse array of services that aim to empower young people and their families. We want to make sure that those who can benefit know that we are here!

It is a great chance for the community to see that RCS is made up of real people, who have a genuine desire to help, and who care about the work we do. So, if/when the time comes that they might need assistance, we hope that they remember that RCS is here to offer support.
