Brittany Lucas
Chief Financial Officer

Since 2013 Brittany Lucas has served in various leadership roles and been a strategic partner to CEO Victoria Kelly and other executive leadership, propelling long-term financial growth, championing culture, and driving agency initiatives with Redwood Community Services.

Brittany, being community oriented and concerned with social equity, founded the Training Department serving northern California families and social work professionals with critical education and resources at no cost to the learners. Over recent years she has built and led teams in both the private and non-profit sectors with significant operating scale and complexity.

Recently, Brittany accepted the responsibility of CFO, leading a team of professionals responsible for the stewardship of Redwood Community Services. She oversees all aspects of the organization’s finances, including financial planning and analysis, management of cashflow, budgets, real estate, banking relationships, risk management, accounting, tax functions, and the preparation of financial statements and reporting to Redwood’s Board of Directors and the public. All combined allows the agency to grow and deliver on our missions.

When not streamlining financial and procedural policies, adjusting internal controls, and creating monitoring and accountability systems, you can find Brittany home with her farm animals, volunteering at youth engagement events, and connecting people to people and resources.
